Delete your Numen account

Numen Manifested Life (developer: Ergun Akin) lets you delete your account and all of the data tied to it. You can do it in the app in a few seconds, or ask us by email.
1. Delete it in the app
Open Numen, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and all of your data are deleted immediately and permanently.
2. Ask us without the app
If you can't get into the app, email ergun.akin@id-etechnologies.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete your account and all of your data within 7 days.
3. What is deleted
Your login, your profile and the whole life you built: wizard answers, conversations and messages, calendar, photos, posts and comments, notification settings and every file you uploaded. If you signed in with Apple, Apple is told to forget this app for you too.
4. What is kept
Your Premium subscription is managed by Google Play or the App Store, and deleting the account does not cancel it: cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Google, Apple and our payments provider RevenueCat keep the purchase records the law requires. Encrypted database backups expire on their own within 7 days.
